1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
"ListToProfit.com" offers a range of online resources, including classified ads and various messaging services, (hereafter referred to as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using the Service in any capacity, you agree to comply with these Terms. Additionally, when using specific "ListToProfit.com" services, you agree to adhere to any applicable guidelines for all "ListToProfit.com" services, which may be updated periodically. If you disagree with any term or condition of the Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent changes, or if you are dissatisfied with "ListToProfit.com" in any way, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue use of the platform.

6. CONDUCT
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content that: a) Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors in any way; b) Is pornographic or depicts explicit sexual conduct, including but not limited to: (i) sexual intercourse (genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between same-sex or opposite-sex individuals), (ii) bestiality, (iii) masturbation, (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse, or (v) the lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area; c) Harasses, degrades, intimidates, or is hateful toward an individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability; d) Violates the Fair Housing Act by stating discriminatory preferences in any notice or advertisement for the sale or rental of a dwelling, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap, or violates any other anti-discrimination laws; e) Violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws, including any advertisement that imposes preferences based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability; f) Violates the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including requiring U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency as a condition for employment, unless legally required; g) Impersonates any person or entity, including any "ListToProfit.com" employee, or falsely claims an affiliation with any person or entity (excluding lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures); h) Includes personal or identifying information about another person without their explicit consent; i) Is false, deceptive, misleading, or constitutes a "bait and switch"; j) Infringes on the patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content you do not have the right to distribute; k) Constitutes or contains affiliate marketing, link referral codes, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisements; l) Contains unsolicited advertisements or solicitations, either in non-designated areas of "ListToProfit.com" or sent to users who have not opted in to receive such communications; m) Includes links to commercial services or websites, except as permitted in specific service areas; n) Advertises illegal services or the sale of items prohibited or restricted by applicable laws; o) Contains viruses or other harmful code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment; p) Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with excessive amounts of Content (e.g., flooding) or negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; q) Uses misleading email addresses, forged headers, or manipulated identifiers to disguise the origin of Content; Additionally, you agree not to: r) Contact anyone who has requested not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact for commercial purposes; s) "Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone; t) Collect personal data for unlawful or commercial purposes; u) Use automated means (e.g., spiders, robots, crawlers) to download data from the Service unless explicitly permitted by "ListToProfit.com"; v) Post irrelevant Content, duplicate Content, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; w) Post the same item or service in multiple categories or areas; x) Attempt unauthorized access to "ListToProfit.com"'s computer systems or disrupt, degrade, or impair the functionality of the Service; y) Use any automated device or program to submit postings without manual entry by the author, including bulk posting or automatic submission at regular intervals, unless approved in writing by "ListToProfit.com"; z) Use any automated device or program to manipulate the "flagging system" or other community moderation tools, including flagging posts to remove competitors' content, or to flag posts without a genuine belief they violate these Terms.
7. NO SPAM POLICY
Any unauthorized use of "ListToProfit.com"'s computer systems to send unsolicited email advertisements to "ListToProfit.com" email addresses or through its systems is strictly prohibited by these Terms. This action constitutes a violation of these Terms and may also infringe on various federal and state laws, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). Such violations may expose the sender and their agents to both civil and criminal penalties.
8. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE
You acknowledge that "ListToProfit.com" may set limits on the use of the Service, including but not limited to the maximum number of days that Content will be retained, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored, and the frequency with which you may access the Service. You agree that "ListToProfit.com" assumes no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You further acknowledge that "ListToProfit.com" reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. "ListToProfit.com" shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
You agree that "ListToProfit.com", in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part of it), immediately and without notice. This includes removing and discarding any Content within the Service, for any reason, including but not limited to if "ListToProfit.com" believes you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Additionally, you agree that "ListToProfit.com" shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, "ListToProfit.com" disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the "ListToProfit.com" site and the Service. Additionally, to the fullest extent permitted by law, "ListToProfit.com" disclaims any warranties for other services or goods received through or advertised on the "ListToProfit.com" site or the sites or services linked to on the "ListToProfit.com" site. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL "ListToProfit.com" BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF "ListToProfit.com" HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE "ListToProfit.com" SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold "ListToProfit.com", its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another. Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal. Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram, or other anonymous payment services. Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country. "ListToProfit.com" is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification". No duplicate posting titles, text, or images please. Otherwise, all your ads could be deleted. Thanks for your cooperation.
